Run a pickleball tournament
and start off like a pro
Pickleball is growing fast. Slams gives your club a professional foundation to run tournaments. Registrations, draws, schedules and standings are all handled automatically.
Pickleball is growing. Your organisation has to keep up
Plenty of pickleball clubs start out with a group chat and a shared spreadsheet. That works right up until the tournament gets a bit bigger. Then the questions pile up: when do I play, what are the standings, who advances to the knockout round?
Slams gives your club a professional tool without needing any technical know-how. In ten minutes you have a tournament live, with a public sign-up page and a schedule that generates itself.
From sign-up to champion in four steps
Create the tournament
Choose groups, knockout or both. Set up categories like mixed, open or seniors. Add an entry fee if you want.
Share the sign-up link
Players register through your club page. No app needed. Waitlist and confirmation run automatically.
Draw and schedule
Slams splits teams into groups and builds the schedule. You never have to calculate anything by hand.
Live results
Players enter their results. Standings update instantly. The knockout round generates itself.
Built for your club's own competitions
Most tournament software is built for a single one-off event: you set up a tournament, it runs, and then you start again from scratch. A club doesn't run one-off events. You run a season: club championships, internal leagues, ladders and social nights, all year round.
That's what Slams is built for. One flat club price for unlimited competitions, one rating your members follow across every season, and a registration and payment flow the club runs itself. No paying per tournament, no platform stepping between you and your members.
Why clubs choose Slams
One club price, unlimited competitions
Run as many tournaments, ladders and leagues as you like on one subscription. Every format is in every plan. You don't pay per event, so a busy season costs you nothing extra.
One rating, every season
Every match played moves your members' skill rating automatically. It carries across tournaments and seasons, so group seeding and levels stay right by themselves.
Registration and payment the club owns
Members sign up and pay online themselves. The money lands with the club directly, with one-click refunds and an invoice in the club's name. You keep your players and your data.
In use at real clubs
Slams runs a club's full competition calendar. At Silva's Padel, for example:
Group tournaments, king of the court, americanos and leagues, all from one dashboard and one member list.
Slams vs. one-off tournament tools
Where standalone tournament apps, booking platforms and free generators stop, Slams begins.
| Slams | One-off tools & platforms | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Flat club price, unlimited competitions | Per tournament or per event |
| Recurring competitions | Ladders, leagues and tournaments, all season | Mostly one-off tournaments |
| Player rating | One rating across every season and format | Per event, gone afterwards |
| Registration & payment | Online payment to the club, refunds, invoice in the club's name | Limited, or via a marketplace |
| Player relationship | The club keeps players and data | Platform sits between you and the player |
What Slams deliberately isn't
Honest is honest: Slams doesn't do everything. Two things we leave to others on purpose.
Court booking
Slams doesn't book courts. If you use Playtomic or another booking system, you link it per venue. Slams runs the competition, your booking system runs the reservations.
Official federation competition
Sanctioned national competition and official ratings belong on your federation's platform. Slams is for your club's own internal and social competitions, everything in between.
